Online account management
Use our online account management facility to top-up your account, check your call records or financial history, update your personal details or add or change your Fast Access numbers and speed dials.

Speed dials
Make calling quicker and easier by adding speed dials to your account. All you need to do is enter the 2 digit speed dial allocated to the number you wish to call. To add speed dials, log in to your account and select "manage my account".

Web2sms
Send web2sms messages in Ireland as well as to a range of international destinations at very competitive rates. The cost of sending a message is deducted from your account balance. Log in to your account to send web2sms messages. Click here for the rates to send web2sms messages.

Useful account features

Fast access
By registering your telephone number/s for Fast Access there is no need to enter your account number and PIN when you make a call. Log in to your account or call Customer Care to register your numbers for Fast Access.

Credit warning
When your account balance has 1 minute of talk time remaining, you will hear a single bleep. You will hear a bleep again with 30 seconds and 10 seconds remaining. When your credit has run out you will be transferred to the Quick Pay service.

Follow on call
Do not hang up, press # twice and dial the new number.

Redial last number
Do not hang up. Press # twice and then dial *6.

Check your balance
Once connected to Alpha dial *9.
